I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were cosy and clean, tucked away on the 2nd floor of a residential building with lots of stairs to climb. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Naples' historical center, but the service left much to be desired with rudeness from the staff and questionable pricing tactics. The dining options were limited to homemade bread only.
